Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
You can also cancel subscription from Mac, Apple watch, Apple Tv or even from a PC. Click here to learn more.
You might need to restore purchases to access your previously purchased items in the event of using our apps and services on a new device, re-installing our apps. You can do so by clicking the Restore button inside our apps. Restore buttons are usually presented in the settings page and purchase page.
Please make sure you have given Beauty Editor permission to access all of your photos.
You can allow access from Settings > Beauty Editor > Photos > All Photos.
Alternatively you can go to Setting > Privacy > Photos > Beauty Editor > All Photos
